Abstract:  This document serves as the instructor's guide in the SEMATECH Performance-
Based Equipment Training (PBET) program. The document is designed to guide
PBET instructors in the organization,management, and delivery of thre three-
day PBET workshop. This publication contains copies of the pages of a related
document, Performance-Based Equipment Training (PBET) Participant Guide,
Technology Transfer #95102995A-GEN. Each page is accompanied by a page of
prompts and instructions to guide the instructor during execution of the
course. This document is supplemented by three additional documents:
