Abstract: This technology transfer is provided in Microsoft Word 6.0. It consists of
the templates for a workshop in the concepts of Performance-Based Equipment
Training (PBET), developed by SEMATECH's Organizational Learning and
Performance Technology Department. The workshop is designed for persons who
are responsible for training others in the operation, maintenance, and/or
repair of process equipment and is best suited for equipment trainers,
technical trainers, and technical training developers. This transfer is
supplemented by three companion publications: Performance Based Equipment
Training (PBET) Participant Guide, Technology Transfer #95102995A-TRG;
