About AEC/APC

This symposium, part of a series of such meetings held three times a year in North America, Europe, and Asia, brings together IC manufacturers and suppliers in an effort to accelerate the move toward more efficient and more intelligent manufacturing through data-driven and automated decision making.

This year's Symposium will review recent technical advancements in order to assure alignment with the needs of integrated circuit manufacturers, semiconductor equipment suppliers, and software, sensor, and metrology suppliers.

The symposium will also review SEMI standards and consistency with the International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors.
