Reservations

Room Rate: $139.00/night
Cut-off: 10 September 2008
Block Name: AEC/APC Symposium

A one-night deposit per room is required at the time the reservation is made. Full payment is required prior to departure.

Cancellations

Should cancellation be received within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date, the entire one-night's lodging deposit will be forfeited. No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellation.

Transportation

Airport shuttles may be arranged through Snowbird Central Reservations (800-453-3000) up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Current round trip pre-paid price is $58.00 per person, plus driver gratuity. Prices subject to change. Walk-ups are accepted on a space available basis at the Canyon Transportation desk located at the baggage claim area of the Salt Lake City International Airport. Cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
