SEMATECH Surface Preparation and Cleaning Conference
Information for Presenters
Thank you for choosing the SEMATECH SPCC to present the results of your work. We look forward to your presentation.
Please review the following information as you prepare your presentation for submission. If you have any questions, please contact us at spcc@sematech.org.
Submission deadline: March 5, 2010
Please submit your presentation to spcc@sematech.org.
- Presentation and/or changes made to presentations received after the submission deadline may not be reflected in the proceedings.
- Do not bring a modified version of your presentation to the meeting. Modified presentations will not be accepted, as attendees will be using the version in the printed proceedings to follow your presentation.
- If your presentation file exceeds 15 MB, it may not reach us through the SEMATECH e-mail system. In that case, please contact us at spcc@sematech.org for instructions on how to upload it to SEMATECH's FTP site.
- Authors are also invited to expand their papers for submission to a special peer reviewed edition of the Microelectronics Engineering to be published after the conference. Only full papers submitted by April 14, 2010 will be considered for publication.
Content Guidelines
Presentations must be technical in nature. The SPCC organizing committee will review all presentations, and those that appear to be marketing-oriented will be returned for revision.
All information included in your presentations must be non-confidential.
Guidelines for Preparing Presentations
- All presentation materials should be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint. Please contact us immediately if this is going to cause difficulty.
- Your presentation cover sheet should include contact information (phone, address, email address) to permit follow-up by attendees interested in your work.
- A minimum font size of 18 pt. in text, tables and graphs should be used to ensure that all attendees can adequately view and understand your presentation.
Instructions for Oral Presenters
Fifteen (15) minutes will be provided for each presentation. Our experience is that you should allow 1 minute per foil. At the conclusion of your presentation there will be 5 minutes for questions and answers. If your presentation exceeds the 15-minute allocation, it will be at the expense of your Q&A time.
Instructions for Poster Presenters
You will be allowed up to 16 foils for inclusion in the proceedings.
Registration
All presenters are required to register for the SPCC and pay the appropriate registration fee. See Registration Details for more information.
