The conference fee covers meeting attendees meals and meeting materials only. Sleeping room reservations are not included in the registration fee and must be made directly with the hotel.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds minus a $45.00 handling fee will be processed for all cancellations made on or before 1 May 2008. After that date, no refunds will be issued.
