This meeting is designated Public. If you make a presentation or provide materials ("Presentation") at this meeting, you must ensure the Presentation is non-confidential and is not marked with a confidential legend or proprietary notice. The footer on the Presentation should include your company's name, the date of the meeting, and some reference to the meeting, project, or contract to which the information pertains. This meeting is open to all technically qualified members of the public. By providing or making a presentation, you agree that the receiving SEMATECH company may make an electronic audio and/or video recording of you and your Presentation and disclose, copy and/or distribute the recording and Presentation to its member companies, to non-members of SEMATECH, to SEMATECH subsidiaries, and to members of SEMATECH subsidiaries without restriction.
