Information for Poster Presenters
Thank you for choosing the SEMATECH SPCC to present the results of your work. We look forward to your poster presentation.

All posters must be received on or before the submission deadline in order to be included in the conference proceedings.

Purpose
The purpose of a poster presentation is to provide substantial visual material and a self-contained explanation so that attendees can quickly get an overview of your work.

Formatting Guidelines
- All poster presentations must be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint
- You will be allowed a maximum of 16 slides, 8.5"x11" (U.S. letter paper size), in landscape orientation.
- To ensure maximum readability, use a minimium font size of 36 point for titles, 24 point for text, 18 point in tables and graphs.
- Choose a standard font such as Times or Helvetica and use it exclusively through out your poster. Avoid decorative or "fancy" fonts and text treatments such as outlining and shadows.
- Your poster should include a formal title and your contact information to permit follow-up by attendees interested in your work.
- All posters must be non-confidential.
Presentation Tips
- Your poster should include a clear statement of your work and should follow a logical sequence, i.e., introduction, development, and conclusion.
- The emphasis should be on brief explanations, accompanied by supporting graphs, charts, tables, figures or images.
- Place your major points in the poster and save the non-essential, but interesting points for informal discussion during the poster session.
Mounting Instructions
You will be responsible for printing and mounting your slides on the poster board prior to the beginning of the poster session.
You must bring a printed copy of your poster presentation to the conference for mounting. All other supplies, including a 36" x 48" poster board, glue stick, push pins and tape, will be available at the conference.
All mounted posters should be up by 4 PM on March 22. Following the networking reception, posters will remain available for viewing until 1 PM on March 23. Any posters not removed at the conclusion of the conference will be disposed by the hotel.
Registration
All presenters are required to register for the SPCC and pay the appropriate registration fee. See Registration Details for more information.
Public Meeting Presentation Guidelines
This meeting is designated Public. If you make a presentation or provide materials ("Presentation") at this meeting, you must ensure the Presentation is non-confidential and is not marked with a confidential legend or proprietary notice. The footer on the Presentation should include your company's name, the date of the meeting, and some reference to the meeting, project, or contract to which the information pertains. This meeting is open to all technically qualified members of the public. By providing or making a presentation, you agree that the receiving SEMATECH company may record on film, video tape or audio tape you and your Presentation and disclose, copy and/or distribute the recording and Presentation to its member companies, to non-members of SEMATECH, to SEMATECH subsidiaries, and to members of SEMATECH subsidiaries without restriction. In addition the recording and/or the Presentation may be distributed in print, electronic or other media including posting on SEMATECH's public web site(s).
