The registration fees cover meeting attendee's meals and meeting materials only. Sleeping room reservations are not included in the registration fee and must be made directly with the hotel.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds minus a $65.00 handling fee will be processed for all cancellations made on or before 08 March 2011. After that date, no refunds will be issued.
*Participating companies are either sponsoring companies that have made monetary contributions in support of the workshop or companies which have a designated speaker (oral or poster) at the workshop (see Program and Contact Information for an agenda of speakers).
